Nigerian female singer Ayra Starr has trended online after she reported her Mavin record label colleagues to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, also referred to as the EFCC.

The report came after a video clip of Crayon, Rema, Boy Spyce, and Bayani flaunting several dollar bills and pouring the expensive Azul on them while throwing it in the air in the Mavin compound was shared.

Many Nigerians reacted to Ayra Starr’s action, noting that it was dangerous and reminiscent of someone somewhere close to the edge of evil.

The news was especially greeted with a reactionary response from both people in the entertainment industry, as well as those from the general public.
