Suzuki and Pipes Motorsports Group Announce 2025 Supercross Lineup

Brea, CA – Suzuki Motor USA, LLC, in partnership with Pipes Motorsports Group, is excited to reveal its official lineup for the 2025 Supercross season. The Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki and Twisted Tea Suzuki Presented by Progressive Insurance teams will compete in the highly competitive 450-class Supercross championship with a talented roster of riders, each ready to make a mark in the new season.

Ken Roczen Returns for Third Season with Suzuki

Ken Roczen, a cornerstone of Suzuki’s Supercross efforts, is back for his third season aboard the Suzuki RM-Z450. Roczen’s impressive record includes 12 podiums and two wins over the past two seasons, with his most recent triumph coming in Abu Dhabi. As he gears up for 2025, Roczen remains focused on further success.

“I am very excited to continue my relationship with Suzuki and the team,” said Roczen. “We have had a pretty successful last couple of years, and we are eager to continue chasing our dreams of wins and podiums.”

Roczen’s skill and experience make him a key contender for the 450-class championship, and fans are looking forward to watching his continued success.

Colt Nichols Primed for Breakout Season

After impressive performances in the 2024 SMX playoffs, Colt Nichols is ready for a breakout year in 2025. The offseason was productive for Nichols, and he has formed a close working relationship with team manager Larry Brooks. Having already raced for the team in SMX and WSX events, Nichols is now prepared for a full season of Supercross.

“Really excited to be a part of the Twisted Tea HEP Suzuki team for a full season of racing in 2025,” said Nichols. “It was awesome getting to race SMX and WSX for the team and get a few races under my belt before tackling a full season. I’m ecstatic to keep the ball rolling.”

Nichols’ readiness and enthusiasm make him a rider to watch in the upcoming season, as he aims to make a significant impact on the 450-class field.

Veteran Kyle Chisholm Completes the Lineup

The team’s lineup is rounded out by veteran Kyle Chisholm, who brings invaluable experience and technical expertise. Entering his third year with the Twisted Tea HEP Suzuki team, Chisholm will continue to play a vital role in bike development and performance.

“I’m excited to go into year three with the Twisted Tea HEP Suzuki Team,” Chisholm said. “I’m also looking forward to continuing helping the team build their program and be better year over year. This is my 20th year racing SX and I’m ready to have some fun and enjoy it again.”

Chisholm’s experience and technical input will be crucial as the team strives for success in 2025.

A Focused and Optimistic 2025 Season

Dustin Pipes, leader of Pipes Motorsports Group, expressed his excitement for the season ahead. With an unwavering commitment to success, Pipes believes his riders are primed for strong performances. “Ken has the talent to do something spectacular every time he throws his leg over a motorcycle,” Pipes said. “Colt has had a great offseason, and anytime you have a former champion on the team, the expectations are high.”

Team manager Larry Brooks emphasized the importance of the offseason, noting improvements made to the Suzuki RM-Z450. “The team has had a very productive offseason, and I feel we have made improvements to our motorcycle going into the 2025 season,” Brooks said.

As the team focuses exclusively on the 450-class championship, all eyes will be on the season opener at Anaheim Stadium on January 11. Suzuki and Pipes Motorsports Group are ready for an action-packed 2025 Supercross season, filled with high expectations and fierce competition.
