“Dreams do come true! I’m here to affirm that your dreams are VALID! If someone had told me years ago that I would reach this point, I wouldn’t have believed it. On October 15, 2024, I was inducted into the Nigerian Society of Engineers as a graduate member, and just days later, on October 21, I graduated with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.

I’m thrilled to share that I graduated with a First Class degree: CGPA 5.0/5.0. I was honored to be recognized as:

– Best Graduating Student in the Department of Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering✅

– Best Graduating Student in the College of Engineering✅

– Overall Best Graduating Student at Afe Babalola University for 2024✅

I owe this achievement to God Almighty, my parents, godparents, family, friends, and all the faculty members of the College of Engineering at ABUAD.

Throughout my undergraduate journey, I served in various roles, including:

– Course Representative for my department (2019-2024)

– Assistant General Secretary for the Engineering Female Student Support Program (2020/2021)

– Financial Secretary for StudySmart ABUAD (2021/2022)

– Academic Secretary for the Nigerian Universities Engineering Students’ Association (NUESA) at ABUAD (2022/2023)

As I close this chapter of my life, I’ve taken time to reflect on my mistakes and areas for improvement. As Philippians 1:6 says, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” I am confident that the God who has begun this good work in my life will see it through to completion.

I’m excited for the next chapter in my life and to pursue my dreams in my field!”
