A previous fugitive bikie part accused of assaulting a 12-year-old young lady is a dad of-two and the ex-Sergeant at Arms of the Nomads national division.

Police said Husa Hasanovic, a dad of-two, purportedly explicitly attacked a 12-year-old young lady he met on a train on February 14, and reclaimed to his home.

Criminologists from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad captured Hasanovic, 27, this week following a month-long examination concerning the supposed attack.

Police charge that Hasanovic addressed the young lady at a train station and on the other hand on the train, before he drove her to a home at Chester Hill and explicitly ambushed her.

‘It will be claimed the male occupant was captured following a fierce battle with Strike Force Raptor, amid which two agents were harmed,’ police said in an announcement.

Hasanovic was taken to emergency clinic for treatment where he stays under watchman.

He was additionally accused of obstructing capture.
